Nut Devours the Sun – solo piano reduction

Description

Nut Devours the Sun is a 13 minute complete ballet based on the depiction of Nut (the egyptian godess of the night) consuming an aging sun and giving birth to a new radiant sun. It premiered on April 9th with the Confluence Ballet Company and Confluence Music Ensemble with Coreography by Grace Wellmon and Jayla Thacker. The original instrumentation was for pierrot ensemble but this piano reduction was created for rehearsals and for solo piano performances.
